Just wanted to send a big thank you and Happy Holidays from all of us here at Ancient Creations Ceramics, to all of you that have helped to make this one of our best years ever!
We are so thankful for all of your business and support over this last year, and for many of you, over the last 25 years!
Its been a long, awesome journey, and at times recently, quite a challenging one!
Over the last few years, (and I'm sure many of our wholesale accounts have similar stories), we have experienced every shortage, supply issue, shipping issue, etc, that we could possibly think of!
From a clay shortage, to our glaze supplier going out of business and having to change/replace all of our glazes, to all of our supplies and components of our production costing way more than ever before, etc!
We have worked very hard to take it all in stride, and have done everything we can to not pass along any of the challenges to our customers, though many of you have probably noticed our shipping times being a bit longer than they have in the past, and we did have to do a small price raise at the beginning of the year.
We are hoping to be back to our usual 1-3 day shipping in 2023, as we have upped our production, hired a few more people, and have managed to smooth out most of the logistical issues that we have encountered in this pandemic and inflation era.
So, we are looking forward to a productive, smooth, and successful upcoming year, and we're so glad to get to share it with all of you!
